Our Bikes at More Plains, which is on the route to Leh from Manali.

Again from the Himalayan Odyssey 2007. There is probably nothing great about this picture except for the framing. I wanted the bikes to be on one side, so thats why you see a plain left side and bike parked right side. Walked a long way back to get this; first time I realised the value of a Wide Angle Lens. It was a bigger picture with the sky taking the most of the area, cropped it a bit.

തീ - ഹിമാലയന്‍ ഒഡീസിയിലെ ഒരു ബോണ്‍ഫയര്‍ ക്യാമ്പില്‍ നിന്ന്‌.

ഫ്ലാഷ് ഉപയോഗിക്കാതെ ഷട്ടര്‍സ്പീഡ് കുറച്ചും, അപെര്‍ച്ചര്‍ വളരെ വലുതാക്കിയുമാണ് ഇതു എടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നത്. അതുകൊണ്ടാണ് തീയുടെ motion effect കിട്ടിയിരിക്കുന്നത്.
ഒരു മുഴുവന്‍ ചിത്രത്തിന്റെ ക്രോപ്പ് മാത്രമാണിത്.ഇവിടെ ഇട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ചിത്രത്തിന്റെ യഥാര്‍ത്ഥ ചിത്രം (uncropped image) എന്റെ ശ്രദ്ധ ആകര്‍ഷിക്കാതെ പോയ ഒന്നായിരുന്നു. ഒരു വലിയ ബോണ്‍ഫയറിന്റെ ചിത്രം മാത്രമായിരുന്നു അത്. എന്നാല്‍ ഇന്നു അതിനെ ഒന്നു ക്രോപ്പ് ചെയ്ത്, ഒരല്പം പോസ്റ്റ് പ്രോസസ്സിങ്ങും കൂടി ചെയ്തപ്പോള്‍ ഇങ്ങനെയായി.
ഒരു നല്ല ഫ്രൈയിം ആയി എന്നാണ് വിശ്വാസം

This was shot at K. Gudi Wildlife resort, 225 kms from Bangalore. There is no power there and the Diesel Generator will be switched off after 10 PM. This was shot with a tripod and ofcourse no flash. Dedicating this to all the photographers around the globe, to bring in their best

This is at KSRTC Bus stand in Palakkad. Happened to be there last Saturday for my Parambikulam Trip and this was the first time I could ever capture dawn with my camera. I dint waste any. Didnt use any Flash. Adjsuted the camera settings to the minimal, so that it won't shake and I will get just enough light. My machine obliged :). I would rate it one of my best. Look out at the man on the left side of the frame and the bus from the right side. Dont they have a slight sleepy feeling ?

One of the Best Pic I got in this Goa tour. The sky was cloudy, but the sun rays were coming down to the sea through some cloudy loopholes and it gave an yellowish tinge on the top of sea far away. I ahd to change my lenses, put on my zoom lenses fast, for else it would have gone. Bu thankfully I got it in the nick of time.

The Perfect Nature
Extended Stay America, North Roselle Road, Schaumburg, IL : American Sunsets are late especially in summer. This was captured between 7.30 - 8.30 PM. I was waiting for the sun to start setting, at the end it turned out that he was setting fast. So had to take it before the Sun goes down below the ESA.
